01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

02About Vikalpa Foundation

Vikalpa Foundation is a registered public charitable trust working on community welfare, education, and social development programmes. This website is operated by the trust to share information about our work, accept donations, and coordinate volunteers and partners.

03Use of this website

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems
  • You will not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content without our written permission
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through our forms

04Donations & payments

All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions towards Vikalpa Foundation's charitable objectives. Donations, once processed, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of a genuine payment error.

Tax receipts, where applicable, are issued to the name and details provided at the time of donation. Please double-check your details before confirming a payment, since receipts cannot be reissued under a different name retroactively.

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; Vikalpa Foundation is not responsible for issues arising from the payment provider's systems, though we will assist in resolving any discrepancy.

05Volunteering & programmes

Submitting a volunteer or partnership application does not guarantee placement. Vikalpa Foundation reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue any volunteer engagement at its discretion, particularly where it involves working with vulnerable groups such as children.

Volunteers and partners are expected to follow our code of conduct and safeguarding guidelines, shared separately at the time of onboarding.

When interacting with us online — through forms, comments, or email — you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to disregard or remove any such communication.
