Naveen Kumar Mishra

B.Tech Computer Science IIT Delhi.

Coming from very poor family in a small village kaithahi, Madhubani district, Bihar, Naveen Kumar Mishra has always dreamed to do big in his life span. Despite of rural background as well as lack of financial support, he has completed his B.Tech (Computer Science) from IIT, Delhi. Right after graduation, he starts working in MNC as a software engineer to fulfill the basic requirement of his family. But after few years, knew that he was born to do something different. And this thought led him to start preparing for IAS exam. During his preparations, he got to meet Anna Hazare that moved him to take action against the scourge of corruption. He felt that education could be the best way to fight the menace. He requested him to start a small learning centre in his village. However, his hopes didn’t materialise owing to Anna’s busy schedule.

Anil Kumar Maheshwari

B.Tech, M.Tech Computer Science IIT Delhi.

Born in a lower middle class family of Jaipur, Anil dared to dream big and thus with immense hard work and perseverance he he completed his B.tech and M.tech from our country’s most Prestigious university IIT. Since childhood he was considered to be a prodigy in Mathematics and he wished to help young students to take interest in this subject. Hence he joined hands with Naveen Mishra and together with other founding members they formed Vikalpa foundation in ** Anil is an active member of this foundation and spends his weekends and other free time on coaching students in mathematics.

Rajan Gundal

B.Tech Electrical Engineering IIT Delhi and MBA IIM Lucknow.

(Currently working as an Operational Manager at Head Office SBI Delhi).

Born in a very poor household of Panipat, his financial status never bothered him much as he considered his difficulties as his driving force. He had his goals clear in his head and also the ways to achieve them. Rajan did his B.tech from IIT and later finished his MBA from IIM. He dedicates his life achievements to his great skills to manage things and hence he helped Vikalpa foundation by providing it the best Management structure. Also he is an active member of this foundation and teaches physics to the students on weekends.
